About the role

The company is looking for an IT Maintenance Technician to install, configure and commission a variety of computer equipment and related peripherals. You will provide on‑site technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware issues and support customers in getting their systems up and running.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install and commission computers, printers and other hardware components.
• Provide first‑line technical support, diagnose and repair hardware failures.
• Update and maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Assist customers during the initial setup and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Handle customer returns, manage complaints and follow up on resolutions.
• Install and configure local computer networks and surveillance camera systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in computer hardware installation or technical support.
• Strong sense of discipline, punctuality and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
