Supply Chain Assistant – Multiple Openings

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking four Supply Chain Assistants to support resource management functions at its main office in Tunis. Reporting to the Chief of Mission and the Head of RMU, the role works closely with the Supply Chain Officer and various IOM units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and logistics activities, including vendor and service provider coordination.
• Support asset management processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with IOM and UN procurement and logistics rules and procedures.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on resource usage and procurement status.
• Liaise with national and international institutions to secure required goods and services.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with four years of experience.
• Certification in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management and asset management.
• Familiarity with IOM/UN procurement and logistics rules is a plus.
• Experience in an international organization is desirable.
