About the role
The Supervisor will lead and coordinate field technicians, ensuring high‑quality service and strong customer relationships. This position involves planning interventions, providing technical guidance, and supporting business development within the energy‑resilience sector.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret data reports and recommend actions; support technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Supervise on‑site technician interventions, coordinating with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide technical advice to customers and manage collection/analysis of engine‑related data.
- Organize team meetings, conduct technical and safety audits, and monitor KPI dashboards.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with subcontractors and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager.
