Sr. eCommerce Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Merchandising team drives product performance across Amazon and other marketplaces in the EU and US. As a Sr. eCommerce Merchandising Specialist you will own go‑to‑market execution for new launches and continuously optimise listings, brand stores and conversion pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GTM merchandising for new product launches on Amazon EU and US, from brief creation to post‑launch optimisation.
• Conduct marketplace SEO work: keyword research, titles, bullets, attributes, backend terms and taxonomy.
• Create and quality‑assure briefs for listing content, imagery, A+ Content, video and Brand Stores.
• Analyse traffic, CTR, conversion, search visibility and sales to generate actionable insights.
• Perform Walk‑the‑Store and UX/CX reviews to identify friction points.
• Design, execute and scale A/B tests and conversion‑optimisation initiatives.
• Maintain and improve listing, Brand Store and sub‑category optimisation on an ongoing basis.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools for SEO, listing analysis, QA, research and workflow automation.
• Develop standards, documentation and optimisation playbooks for the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, Amazon or marketplace management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, GTM launches, listing optimisation, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, UX/CX and conversion drivers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into insights.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools for research, analysis and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills.
