Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Information Technology Business Analyst to join our fast‑paced team in Tunisia. Reporting to the CTO and Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business users and the IT development team, ensuring that system enhancements meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, gather and document requirements, and facilitate business workshops for large initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and project managers to manage the development backlog and timelines.
• Identify system integration points, master‑data, reporting, access and provisioning requirements.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts such as business architecture diagrams, use‑case definitions, and as‑is/to‑be process flows.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, set priorities, and review daily activities.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and liaison between business, development, and QA teams.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance and defect resolution.
• Provide training and support to end‑users and support specialists.
• Work in an agile environment, reporting progress to the Product Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management.
