Senior ICT Associate

About the role

The Senior ICT Associate provides tier‑2 technical support and guidance to the IOM Tunis Country Office, ensuring reliable and secure ICT services for end‑users. Working under the supervision of the Head of Resource Management and the IMT Officer, the role contributes to the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of IOM ICT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tier‑2 ICT technical support, resolve complex issues, and maintain service continuity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ICT tickets, ensuring SLA compliance across multiple service channels.
• Support implementation, configuration, and upgrades of network infrastructure (firewall, routers, switches, access points, WAN optimizers).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and related platforms.
• Manage Azure/Intune environments, including Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, and device compliance.
• Provide end‑user training, create documentation, and maintain hardware/software asset records.
• Implement IOM’s Data Protection Principles, Business Continuity Plan, and Disaster Recovery procedures.
• Monitor endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Intune and BitLocker, and escalate critical issues.

Required profile

• Works under the overall supervision of the Head of Resource Management and direct supervision of the IMT Officer.

Required skills

• Tier‑2 ICT technical support.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Azure and Intune management, including Microsoft Entra ID and security groups.
• Network infrastructure knowledge (firewall, routers, switches, access points, WAN optimizers).
• Endpoint security tools (Intune, BitLocker).
• Documentation and asset management.
