About the role

Everience Tunisia is looking for a multilingual Technical Support Engineer who can assist users in Italian or German and English. You will work remotely and on‑site, providing first‑line troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware or software malfunctions remotely.
• Configure workstations according to user needs and perform functional tests.
• Guide users through incident resolution or take remote control of their systems.
• Escalate unresolved incidents while respecting SLA timelines and keep users informed.
• Document each intervention precisely in the incident‑management tool.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian or German and English.
• Passionate about IT, with a degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years of user‑support or contact‑center experience.
• Recent graduate or career‑changer welcome.
• Flexible availability and openness to hybrid work arrangements.
