RPA Developer Apprentice

About the role

FORVIA is looking for a motivated RPA Developer Apprentice to join its Applications CC Department in Tunisia. You will work closely with business users, analysts and developers to design and implement robotic process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional requirements from business users and define appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, develop and test automation scripts using RPA tools such as UIPath and Redwood.
• Document automation processes and technical designs (SDD).
• Perform end‑to‑end unit testing and ensure high‑quality code delivery.
• Maintain code versioning with Git and support changes to existing automated processes.
• Investigate incidents, provide timely support and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Service‑oriented attitude with a structured approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Experience with RPA platforms: UIPath, Redwood.
• Proficiency in Windows command line and scripting.
• Knowledge of structured programming languages: HTML, C, C++, Java.
• Familiarity with source‑control tools such as Git and VSTS.
• SQL/Oracle database querying skills.
