Retail Products Officer

About the role

The Retail Products Officer will support the Head of Retail Products in executing the retail product strategy for Bank ABC Tunisia. The role focuses on enhancing product profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction through innovative design, competitive pricing, and effective commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor product development, proposing opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Consolidate data from Risk, Finance, Quality and other departments to renew and improve retail banking products.
• Monitor product lifecycle, growth, and propose digitization solutions aligned with the bank’s channels.
• Conduct benchmarks of prices, fees, and commissions against local banks to optimize product offers.
• Collaborate with communications to design monthly campaigns across all channels.
• Participate in new product launch plans and improve existing products.
• Maintain dashboards and prepare performance reports for the Head of Retail Products.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian regulations and internal policies, partnering with Risk to embed appropriate controls.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in product or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products in the Tunisian market.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and propose improvements.
