About the role
Bank ABC in Tunisia is strengthening its Loan Operations unit and seeks a dedicated Loans Operations Officer. The role involves managing loan setup, disbursement, and repayment processes in line with internal policies and Central Bank regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare credit titles according to retail and corporate credit decisions.
- Verify completeness and proper constitution of loan files before any disbursement.
- Execute loan disbursements following group procedures and Central Bank of Tunisia regulations.
- Monitor repayment schedules for corporate loans and manage loan rollovers.
- Track unpaid loans closely and handle manual repayments and early reimbursements.
- Communicate all treasury movements related to corporate loans to the treasury department.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in loan operations or a similar banking function.
- Organized, meticulous, cooperative, responsible, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in English.
