Junior Sales Analyst – Tunis

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Sales Analyst to join our Medico‑Commercial team in Tunis. In this role you will drive commercial insights, analyze sales performance, market data, and customer segmentation to optimize go‑to‑market strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and internal Audit/CRM teams to translate data into actionable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze sales performance and market data to build dynamic dashboards and track key performance indicators for the sales force.
• Analyze customer behavioural and transactional data to define precise segmentation models for targeted campaigns.
• Identify commercial trends, risks and growth opportunities and provide data‑driven strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the internal Audit/CRM department to leverage existing CRM analytics and ensure data consistency.
• Carry out special assignments related to core commercial activities as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Pharmacology, Sciences or related fields.
• 0‑2 years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence or commercial data analysis.
• Proactive, business‑oriented attitude with high attention to detail.
• Excellent command of both English and French (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong command of BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data‑querying concepts.
• Ability to interpret data extracted from CRM/Audit systems.
