IT Support Engineer – Onsite First Line Support

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first‑line, on‑site support for all IT related issues. You will work closely with a remote IT team to deliver hardware and software services, ensuring smooth operation of the site’s technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for computer, application, system, device, telephone and hardware issues.
• Install, repair, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users.
• Respond to phone, email and online requests, prioritize and document tickets.
• Escalate complex problems to the remote IT team as needed.
• Test and install computer systems and software.
• Maintain the site telephony and CCTV systems.
• Assist with site‑based projects and train/co‑coach colleagues.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good overall knowledge of Microsoft networking and infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support and Server 2012‑22 administration (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Solid hands‑on hardware knowledge and general troubleshooting skills.
