IT Developer – Power BI & Data Analytics

About the role

Bank ABC is seeking a freshly‑graduated IT Developer to join its Information Technology department at the Tunis branch. The role focuses on building and maintaining data‑driven solutions that support business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
• Collect, clean, transform and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure quality and reliability.
• Develop and optimise data models, SQL queries and ETL processes (SSIS, SSRS) for efficient reporting.
• Perform statistical analysis, identify trends and generate analytical reports and KPI dashboards.
• Build predictive analytics and machine‑learning models where applicable.
• Document data models, reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
• Contribute to AI‑driven solutions to enhance data analysis.

Required profile

• Computer Science Engineering degree (bac + 5) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
