International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our beverage ingredient portfolio in your home market and neighboring regions. You will act as the primary sales contact for distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, and beverage manufacturers, representing a leading Chinese supplier of non‑dairy creamers, fruit concentrates, jams, powders and customized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant chains and beverage producers.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Present product solutions, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after‑sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates.
• Coordinate closely with the China headquarters to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of the market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee or ingredient sectors.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Recent graduates or early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a plus.
