About the role

As the Head Chef at Hilton, you will lead the culinary team in delivering memorable dining experiences that embody the brand’s commitment to hospitality. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring every dish reflects quality, consistency, and the warmth of exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily culinary operations, supervising food preparation, production, and service.
• Develop and refine menus in partnership with Food & Beverage leadership, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Control inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain cost efficiency while securing high‑quality ingredients.
• Participate in P&L reviews, monitor food and labor costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Engage with guests and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
