Functional Advisor – Elevate (Functional Consultant)

About the role

The Functional Advisor – Elevate will join Medius’ Functional and Technical Adoption team within Customer Success. Working with strategic, high‑profile customers worldwide, you will help them unlock the full value of Medius’ cloud‑based spend management platform by guiding their automation and adoption journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to international clients, driving adoption of Medius solutions and optimizing accounts‑payable workflows.
• Conduct functional workshops, configure the platform to meet customer requirements, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and resolve functional issues.
• Monitor usage metrics, provide recommendations for continuous improvement, and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
• Participate in global customer success initiatives and share insights across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance processes, especially accounts payable and spend management.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with international, enterprise‑level customers.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cloud‑based finance or ERP solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.
• Familiarity with workflow automation concepts.
