About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems calmly.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
