About the role

We are seeking experienced Food Service Supervisors to lead restaurant and food service operations across multiple Canadian cities. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to apply your hospitality expertise while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate food service staff on a daily basis.
• Lead restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain performance and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage employee schedules, including overtime and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and record keeping.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Functional proficiency in both French and English.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
