Facility Management Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Management Supervisor to lead a small technical team and drive operational excellence across our facilities. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and develop a small technical team, fostering engagement and high performance.
• Plan and manage resource allocation in line with departmental objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, equipment, and IT systems.
• Monitor performance, analyse risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee external service providers and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support decision‑making through structured reporting and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.
• Good proficiency with IT tools and a solid command of English.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
