English Speaker Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Vneuron is seeking an English‑speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support its RegTech solutions. You will be responsible for sourcing, enriching and qualifying leads that feed the sales pipeline, ensuring high‑quality data for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean CRM data to guarantee accuracy.
• Source leads across target markets using multiple channels and tools.
• Enrich lead records with relevant business and contact information.
• Qualify and score leads to prioritize high‑potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align objectives.
• Track and report lead‑generation performance and key metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, creative and self‑motivated attitude.
• Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools for lead sourcing, data enrichment, qualification, automation and productivity improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven lead generation tools.
