About the role

Join our team as a business partner in project controlling and help drive the financial success of our electric vehicle projects. You will play a key role in ensuring transparency, profitability, and strong performance while supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial management of projects within the Electrical Systems domain, covering all relevant activities.
• Act as a trusted business partner in project controlling.
• Manage target costing processes, assess risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and evaluate evolving assumptions.
• Conduct profitability assessments, including make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Support corporate planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and mid‑ to long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Solid understanding of key financial KPIs such as EBIT, ROCE, CE, and DCF.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Initial experience with SAP PS/CO is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in English.
