Design Advisor (German speaker)

About the role

As a Design Advisor you will work directly with customers to transform their ideas into polished visual solutions. You will provide expert guidance on Vistaprint templates, create custom designs from scratch, and support advanced design requests across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scheduled design consultations via phone, video, chat, email and support tickets.
• Enhance existing customer designs and develop new concepts that align with brand identity and business goals.
• Resolve complex design‑related queries and provide written and verbal support to other design teams.
• Collaborate with global design colleagues to share ideas, participate in critiques and support different markets as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, including AI‑driven workflows, and continuously expand expertise in Vista’s product suite.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Fluent German language skills for effective customer communication.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
