Deal Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join ITRS’s Revenue Operations team in Tunis. In this permanent, hybrid position you will ensure the accuracy, governance and smooth flow of deals across quotes, opportunities, renewals and amendments, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and the Salesforce team.

Key responsibilities

• Review quotes and opportunities for pricing, terms, product selection, dates and documentation compliance.
• Support the processing of renewals, amendments and new business by validating contract setup and guiding stakeholders through the correct workflow.
• Identify and resolve data mismatches across Salesforce, quoting tools, contracts and invoicing systems to maintain data quality.
• Apply approval checks and booking rules, escalating exceptions and ensuring policy adherence.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end and commission processes by monitoring cut‑offs and resolving deal‑related queries.
• Drive process improvements, create dashboards, data checks and documentation, and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Motivation to deepen expertise in SaaS quote‑to‑cash, Salesforce and deal governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
