Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Finance Leadership Role

About the role

The client, a well‑known multinational operating in the financial sector, is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the entire Administrative and Financial Directorate. As CFO, you will ensure accurate accounting, robust reporting, and effective treasury management while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounting operations and ensure timely monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare tax declarations, oversee payroll, and manage social security filings.
• Produce and present monthly financial reports for senior management.
• Optimize cash flow and manage treasury activities.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the annual budget, conducting financial analyses to identify operational risks.
• Maintain relationships with banking institutions and administrative authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Accounting or Finance, preferably with an audit qualification.
• More than 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• SAP proficiency (strong asset).
