Cash Desk Executive (P2P Agent)

About the role

As a Cash Desk Executive (P2P Agent) you will support the Accounts Payable function within TUI Global Business Services, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes and cash‑desk activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and credit notes, assign correct accounting dimensions and route for approval.
• Prepare files for journal upload, ensuring all dimensions align with the underlying business transaction.
• Maintain supplier relationships, resolve discrepancies and improve invoicing processes.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and clear open‑item accounts.
• Support emergency fund transfers to guests in resorts and confirm release authorisations.
• Participate in regular meetings with TLTS/TBS to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (advantageous).
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are a plus.
• Previous experience in administration, supplier or customer management.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and strong numeric aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Outlook.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
