Business Process Expert – BPM & Business Support

About the role

We are seeking a Business Process Expert to lead end‑to‑end Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes for our global operations. You will act as the key liaison between business users and ERP/CRM systems, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, standardize and continuously optimize Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes across global stakeholders.
• Support business users on process and system topics, including ERP (SAP) and CRM.
• Lead process improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in system changes, releases and projects: define requirements, conduct testing and deliver training.
• Monitor process performance, KPIs and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order‑to‑Cash.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end business processes and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with Order‑to‑Cash activities such as order handling, pricing and incident management.
• Proven experience in process modeling, optimization and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to automation, AI‑driven initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
