Business Development Partner

About the role

The Business Development Partner is a full‑time hybrid position based in Sfax, Tunisia, with the flexibility to work partially from home. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with agricultural clients, partners and distributors to expand RoboCare’s market presence and drive adoption of its precision‑farming and digital monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline in the agritech sector.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Participate in negotiations and contribute to sales proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide feedback to improve services and support product development.
• Coordinate training and educational sessions for clients and partners.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, including pipeline building and deal closing.
• Background in consulting or client relationship management with the ability to propose tailored solutions.
• Competence in project management, coordinating activities, managing timelines and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in leadership development and training to enable clients and internal teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for presenting complex technological solutions.
• Familiarity with agriculture, agritech or related technology sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (on‑site in Sfax and remote).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
