BIM Modeler

About the role

EagleProjects Tunisia is seeking a BIM Modeler to join its fast‑growing engineering and digital construction team. The role involves creating and maintaining high‑quality 3D BIM models that support the delivery of architecture, engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.
• Generate accurate as‑built models from point‑cloud data.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with point‑cloud processing and modeling.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, coordination and workflow management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Problem‑solving and effective communication skills.
• Prior experience in architecture, construction or MEP projects is a plus.
