Billing & Account Services Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing web‑hosting provider as the primary point of contact for customers’ billing and account inquiries. You will handle calls, chats and tickets in both English and French, aiming to resolve issues on the first interaction while maintaining accuracy and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound communications regarding invoices, payments, renewals and account changes, documenting each interaction.
• Activate new orders, verify client information and assess fraud risk before provisioning.
• Manage renewals, upgrades and cancellations with a retention‑first mindset, following company policy.
• Confirm account ownership and process transfers or access requests with discretion.
• Identify sales leads, log them for follow‑up and report bugs or billing defects.
• Contribute to self‑service documentation for customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, billing or contact‑centre environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when applying policies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain charges clearly.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with good typing speed.
