Lead a client‑facing portfolio of corporate websites, e‑commerce platforms, web/mobile applications, infrastructure and ERP/CRM engagements from discovery through release and hyper‑care, controlling scope, schedule, resources, risks and quality. Facilitate workshops with clients and executives, translating business objectives into BRDs, FRDs, SOWs, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce phased road‑maps. Direct specialist teams across UI/UX, development, QA, infrastructure and marketing, managing dependencies, removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum. Strengthen governance through RAID logs, change‑control processes, SOPs, UAT scripts and deployment checklists, providing concise status reporting. Configure and support VPS/cloud hosting and business email environments (cPanel/Plesk, DNS, SSL, migrations, backups, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail). Coordinate Odoo and Zoho CRM implementations, gathering requirements, scoping modules, aligning with implementation partners, tracking progress, managing UAT, training and handover. Lead branding, SEO and digital‑marketing delivery, defining scope, coordinating creative teams and managing client expectations.
