Software Project Manager

About the role

As a Software Project Manager at Vneuron, you will drive complex RegTech projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. You will work in an Agile environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Define project milestones, workstreams, and delivery plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams using Agile practices.
• Establish and maintain Agile project methodologies.
• Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions within constraints.
• Estimate budgets, resources, timelines, and manage project risks.
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities when required.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and deliver regular status reports.
• Ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with a solid understanding of software development.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• PMP (PMI) and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CMMi is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable using AI tools to support project planning, risk management, reporting, forecasting, and productivity improvement.
