Senior Process Engineer

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design and implement process solutions for projects ranging from small to large scale. Based in Tunis, you will work independently within project teams, ensuring technical excellence, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for implementation projects and pre‑projects, delivering high‑quality process design specifications and drawings.
• Lead scope changes, negotiate variation orders, and manage issue/claim resolution including root‑cause analysis.
• Break down projects into phases, track milestones, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and promote reusable solutions, templates, and tools to improve productivity.
• Validate and review technical solutions, and act as a mentor and trainer for colleagues.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a senior engineer or equivalent in process‑focused projects.
• Strong technical expertise in installation needs, customer operations, and process technology.
• Proven ability to develop standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for process design.
• Excellent understanding of Tetra Pak’s product portfolio and its functionality.
