Scrum Master – Agile Task Planner

About the role

E Technologies is looking for a Scrum Master to join its innovative technology and media team. You will translate approved priorities into actionable sprint plans, keep the task board organised, and support the team in delivering multiple projects consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, CTO, and development team to prepare sprint plans.
• Break down requirements into clear tasks and subtasks with acceptance criteria.
• Manage the chosen task‑management tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Azure DevOps).
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress, blockers, dependencies, and handovers.
• Coordinate QA testing flow and release readiness checks.
• Maintain visible sprint scope for all stakeholders.
• Prepare concise progress summaries for internal review.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Task Planner, or Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Excellent task organisation and follow‑up abilities.
• Effective communication with developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders.
• Professional level English communication.
