Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to manage component sourcing, supplier relationships, and logistics for our projects. The role bridges customers, engineering, and production to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source components, raw materials, and services based on project specifications.
• Obtain quotations, lead times, technical data and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, monitoring quality, cost and reliability.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, Project Management) to align procurement with project timelines.
• Manage international and local shipping, track shipments, and mitigate supply risks.
• Create and follow purchase orders through to final delivery.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and report on KPIs such as lead time, on‑time delivery and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, preferably in MedTech or manufacturing.
• Experience with international suppliers and logistics providers.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
