Privileged Access Management Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our PAM solution. The role requires deep knowledge of privileged access security principles and hands‑on experience with leading PAM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure PAM solutions such as Wallix, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.
• Integrate PAM systems with existing infrastructure, including Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud environments.
• Ensure scalability, availability, and performance of PAM platforms.
• Automate privileged account provisioning, rotation, and de‑provisioning.
• Monitor privileged accounts, credentials, and access permissions across all systems.
• Enforce privileged access policies and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits of privileged account activity and produce detailed reports.
• Analyze PAM logs for anomalies, unauthorized access, or potential security incidents.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in privileged access management or a similar security role.
• Effective oral and written communication in technical English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with PAM tools: Wallix, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Understanding of authentication protocols: Kerberos, SAML, OAuth.
• Knowledge of directory services: Active Directory, LDAP, and PKI.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (RDS, NPS, Radius) and basic Linux commands.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, zero trust, and privileged access controls.
