Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Assist couriers with a wide range of topics, from app functionalities to payment issues.
• Implement and optimise processes for courier acquisition and retention.
• Provide logistical support for the distribution of seasonal work equipment.
• Set and achieve onboarding targets in designated cities while ensuring overall operational performance.
• Manage scheduling, attendance and the administration of info‑sessions.
• Support daily operations through supervision and KPI analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.
