About the role
Scatec is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its global team in Tunis, Tunisia. The role supports the Solutions organization by managing contracts and quantity surveying activities for wind sector projects, covering development, structuring and delivery phases.
Key responsibilities
- Establish contract and procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
- Assist in preparing EPC contracts and sub‑contracts in collaboration with legal, project, supply‑chain and technical teams.
- Oversee pre‑qualification, selection and tendering of key contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors, including correspondence, progress payments, variations, claims and final account agreements.
- Monitor contract execution, control risks and schedule impacts, and provide regular reports to project management and governance bodies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in contract administration and quantity surveying within wind or renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of EPC contract structures and procurement processes.
- Ability to work closely with procurement, logistics, supply‑chain and project management teams.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills to track contractual performance.
